About Our Club
B urning Tree's challenging course is set amid a profusion of trees, with the Clinton River winding its way through. The river comes into play on six holes, including the 18th hole with its beautiful peninsula green.
The Golf Course Superintendent, Dale Bauer and his staff, meticulously maintain the course's smooth greens and white sand bunkers to ensure
the finest playing conditions.
A fleet of carts and fully paved cart paths service member needs. Many members enjoy the exercise and
tranquality of walking the links. This par 71 course presents a much greater challenge than its 6,140 yards might indicate. Golfers
quickly realize that all forms of shot-making and skill are required here!
Practice Facility
We offer a practice complex with a driving range and new practice green and chipping green. The facility features a large grass area as well as artificial turf mats for use in the early season and in wet conditions.
Clubhouse
Burning Tree's unique clubhouse dining area features a grill room section for a casual bite between rounds, as well as a dining area
with large picture windows that overlook the course. When weather permits, a spacious outdoor patio offers a relaxed dining experience
where golfers can be viewed playing up to the 18th green.
During the golfing season, the dining area is open Tuesday through Sunday
for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Members and their guests are provided fine quality cuisine and professional, yet very personalized
service. The menu is extensive and the chef's "daily specials" reflect member wishes. The clubhouse plays host to private parties,
receptions, meetings, tournaments, and other member social events.
Locker Facilities
Both the men's and ladies' locker facilities are conveniently located in the clubhouse. The men's locker room, comprising the entire second
floor, was completely renovated in 2001.
It hosts a 19th hole leisure room providing food and beverage service, lounge area, sauna room,
showers and all locker attendant services including shoe cleaning and spike repair. The ladies' locker room was renovated in 2003, and
features a game-playing area and shower area. Again, a full-time locker attendant provide the required services.
